The sleek design of the Supreme Aero Body, combined with the NPR ECO-MAX chassis, have taken fuel economy in commercial vehicles to the next level. Every detail was chosen to improve fuel efficiency including:

• Lightweight, fiberglass composite construction
• A "nesting" side shield for reduced wind resistance
• An updated cab air deflector design
• Our own light-but-durable FiberPanel front wall

Even the smooth fiberglass cap surrounding the rear frame adds to the body's aerodynamics. In fact, the Aero Body achieves up to 30% better fuel economy than previous model year vehicles.

NPR ECO-MAX Chassis

The Isuzu ECO-MAX chassis is the perfect fit for the Aero Body. Featuring the largest selling and most modern powerplant in the Isuzu family, it's specially designed for commercial use. Here's just some of what ECO-MAX has to offer:

• A B10 durability rating of 310,000 miles
• A turbocharged diesel engine to pull you over all kinds of terrain
• Up to 10,000 miles between oil changes

Aerodynamic Body Design

The Aero Body sports a fiberglass cab air deflector as well as fiberglass side shields which "nest" together, making the body and chassis almost appear as one.

Nested Wind Faring

This aerodynamic, fiberglass faring is nested directly to the cab, moving with it to provide easy access to the engine, while making the chassis and body appear as one.

Curved Composite Sidewalls

Our unique composite wall design provides a curved wall constructed with an integrated internal steel framework featuring steel posts on 24" centers – providing maximum durability as well as a streamlined road appeal. Fiberglass detailing on the front corners, side and top shields, molded skirts, and cab air deflector add to the sleek, modern look.

FiberPanel Front Wall

Made from our innovative, lightweight composite of fiberglass and polypropylene, the front wall weighs less than one pound per square foot – giving you greater cargo capacity. Plus, it was strong enough to withstand all our durability tests.

Custom Access Door in Skirting

Get easy access to the DEF tank and batteries with the Aero Body's conveniently-located, molded driver's-side access door.

Undercoated, Seamless Non-Slip Floor

Stay safe in all conditions, thanks to non-slip flooring that's constructed with our own FRP (fiberglass reinforced plywood) and finished with a textured surface. The seamless floor construction with undercoating also offers a solid barrier between the road and your cargo.

Custom Fiberglass Rear Frame

Engineered to surround the frame with a smooth fiberglass cap, the Aero Body's rear frame design provides a custom look, plus extra strength from the 12-gauge galvanneal steel frame that lies beneath.

Todco® ToughShell™
Rear Roll-Up Door

We all know the greatest threat to door longevity and appearance is water penetration. That's why the Aero Body is equipped with a premium Todco ToughShell door to combat the brutal effects of time, weather and moisture. Plus, our unique coating process — which uses liquid powder polymer to bond to wood substrates — is specially formulated to expand and contract as the wood underneath flexes and gives, minimizing the need for future repairs.

Translucent Roof

The interior comes equipped with a body-length skylight, allowing ambient light inside and naturally brightening the interior. Also, an interior dome light makes it easy to work or find products and materials in the cargo area, with the on/off switch conveniently located in the cab.

TruckLite Sealed Wiring Harness

The Aero Body includes a premium sealed wiring harness from TruckLite that is integrated with the LED lighting system, providing full enclosure and protection within a PVC conduit. The result: a significant reduction in electrical repairs and costly downtime.

LED Exterior Lights

Each Aero Body is upgraded with LED clearance lights and recessed round LED stop, turn and tail lights that draw less energy from the chassis and last for years, so you can save on maintenance and reduce downtime while working in a more environmentally friendly manner.

Full-Width Pooched
Step Bumper & Grab Handle

Standard on every Aero Body, the full-width pooched step bumper provides a durable, skid-resistant step platform for entering and exiting the body. The grab handle on the rear curbside enhances safety as well.
